Self Esteem, Confidence & Anxiety Support for Girls

Being a teenage girl today comes with a lot of invisible pressure.
School stress. Friendship worries. Anxiety that’s hard to explain. And a constant inner voice telling her she’s not good enough, not keeping up, or getting it wrong.
The Brave, Not Perfect Workshop is a pre-recorded, downloadable workshop designed to help girls gently make sense of what’s going on in their minds — and start building a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves.
This is a nurturing first step for girls who may be struggling quietly and don’t yet feel ready for one-to-one support.

HOW WILL THIS WORKSHOP SUPPORT YOUR DAUGHTER?

This workshop introduces your daughter to some of the most common emotional challenges faced by pre-teen and teenage girls, including:
The negative inner voice that tells her she’s falling short or not good enough
Anxiety — what it is, why it shows up, and why she’s not broken for feeling it
Friendship struggles and fear of being judged
Body image worries and comparison
Understanding her thoughts and emotions with more compassion
Many girls feel immediate relief just knowing why these thoughts and feelings exist.

UNDERSTANDING ANXIETY
(IN A GENTLE, AGE-APPROPRIATE WAY)
Rather than trying to “fix” anxiety, this workshop helps girls understand it.
We explore:
-
Why anxiety exists
-
How the brain tries to protect us (even when it doesn’t feel helpful)
-
Why anxious thoughts don’t mean something is wrong with her
This understanding helps take the fear and shame out of how she’s feeling.
COURAGE, CONFIDENCE, AND SELF-BELIEF

We also explore what real bravery looks like for teenage girls.
Not being fearless, but:
Trying again after a setback
Being kind to herself
Asking for help
Showing up even when things feel uncomfortable
Small shifts in self-talk can make a powerful difference.

CREATED WITH REAL EXPERIENCE, REAL GIRLS IN MIND
My aim for this workshop is to give girls the support they may be desperately seeking — but too afraid to ask for.
With over six years of experience working closely with pre-teen and teenage girls, this workshop is shaped by the real concerns I see every day.
My hope is that your daughter feels:
-
Less alone
-
More understood
-
More confident in her own thoughts
-
And a little more hopeful about herself

It’s ideal if she isn’t quite ready for 1-to-1 sessions, or if you’re looking for a supportive introduction to emotional wellbeing and confidence-building.
