Supporting girls with their self esteem, confidence and emotional health so they can flourish and thrive

Hi, I'm Izzy
A specialist Self Esteem and Emotional Health Coach for teenage girls.
I'm dedicated to supporting teenage girls build confidence, emotional resilience and a healthy sense of self worth.
I founded The Good Enough Club because I saw how many girls are struggling silently with anxiety, body image concerns, self-criticism and emotional overwhelm — yet feel unsure where to turn for real support. I believe every girl deserves a safe, supportive space where she can make sense of her emotions, understand her inner world, and learn tools that help her feel good enough in her own skin.
I’m on a mission to create safe spaces for girls to receive support with their emotions, confidence & life struggles.
I have a background in Movement Psychotherapy and I’m also a Mum, former dancer, recovering perfectionist but most importantly- human!

MY APPROACH

My coaching blends professional understanding with a deeply human perspective. I draw on my training in Movement Psychotherapy and Certified coaching in self-esteem and body image to help girls make sense of how their thoughts, emotions and body experiences connect — without pressure or perfection.

I work with girls individually and in group programmes, including my flagship Empowered Girl’s Academy, a six-week course designed to address real challenges girls face today — from comparison and self-doubt to confidence and emotional regulation.

I help girls develop a strong internal foundation — not by telling them what to think, but by giving them the tools to think differently about themselves. My role is to empower, support, and when needed, challenge them to trust themselves more deeply.
THE HEART BEHIND MY WORK

What I believe...
Girls don’t need fixing — they need understanding, skills, and support.
They need to know:

-
Their worth isn’t defined by comparison or perfection.
-
Their emotions are signals to be understood, not corrected.
-
Confidence grows from self-kindness, not self-criticism.

My Core Values
and Passion...
Being relatable, compassionate and approachable are at the heart of everything I do.
I’m deeply committed to continually learning about self-esteem, body image, and emotional health so I can support girls in a way that feels relevant, safe, and empowering. I’ll be their biggest cheerleader, a steady source of support, and a gentle challenger — guiding them to build confidence, self-trust, and belief in themselves.

Why I do this work...
Being able to witness moments like:

"Oh my goodness I didn’t know other people felt this way too"

"That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling - I just couldn't put it into words".
"Finally, I know how to cope with these thoughts I’ve been having".
...is such a privilege.
These moments of relief, understanding, and self-compassion are the driving force behind The Good Enough Club — and the reason this work means so much to me.

It was during her Masters training that Izzy started to become more interested in how Self Esteem links in with our wellbeing and mental health, as well as the Mind-body connection. Tuning into the nervous system, understanding how emotions are stored and held in our body, and how our movement and body language affects and reflects our internal worlds has become foundational in Izzy’s approach as a Coach.
Post University
Workshops, coaching programmes and 1:1 coaching
